Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items that have been damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged;
The wrong item was received; or
The item has a manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Downloadable or digital products
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process outlined above.
