Thank you for shopping with Veluxa. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Veluxa ships exclusively within Switzerland.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Switzerland cannot be processed.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Public holidays
  • Promotional periods
  • Unexpected operational delays

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Method

Standard Shipping (Switzerland)

  • Cost: Free
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and begin after order processing has been completed.


Delivery Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing an order.

Veluxa is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unclaimed shipments
  • Customer unavailability
  • Carrier-related issues beyond our control

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.


Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow several business days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs or regulatory inspections
  • Public holidays
  • High shipping volumes

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.


Lost Packages

If you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where applicable.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons, including incorrect address information or failure to collect the shipment, the package may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
